Francis Hoey, President, CFM, CIMA®,CFP®
Founder and president, Fran Hoey, has been in the financial services industry since 1997. As a former Vice President and Client Executive, Fran spent his first decade in the industry with Merrill Lynch. After realizing the value and capabilities of an independent firm as a Registered Investment Advisor, he founded Hoey Investments in 2008. Fran has been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ since July 2003.
Lydia drabik
Lydia joined Hoey Investments in 2025 after spending nearly a decade at Vanguard, where she acquired her Series 7, 63, and 24. Lydia has her Finance undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, where she double majored and graduated Cum Laude from Smeal's Sapphire Leadership Academic Program. She also holds her MBA from Villanova University.
